Vizrt has introduced Viz Engine 4 for live media, the cornerstone render engine for its future media workflows.
It features throughout its Big AR Sports Show, exhibiting Viz Engine 4’s ability to render photorealistic data-driven graphics blended with a physical studio, showing visitors how its software can create easy-to-use augmented reality, do play analysis, and help monetise sports and live events.
It is also demonstrating efficient newsroom and automation workflows in Connected Storytelling, with new features in its automation range that “will prepare media companies to succeed in a future of complex, live productions easily and error-free.”
The importance of IP as the format of the future is such that Vizrt bought NewTek last year, and IBC sees the group’s first joint presentation. Vizrt believes that NewTek’s NDI is one of the key standards for efficient IP production. It is also showing IP-based software defined visual storytelling (SDVS) production that will enable powerful automation-driven storytelling.
Virzt is exhibiting at IBC2019 on Stand 7.B01.
