The latest version of Rohde & Schwarz’s storage platform, SpycerNode2, is set to make its IBC debut.
The platform builds on high performance computing (HPC) technologies to provide power and flexibility for shared media storage. Designed for broadcast, media production and content creation, the company says that SpycerNode2 delivers greater redundancy and resilience, powerful erasure coding, ease of management and high-performance caching that utilises NVMe technology.
Rohde & Schwarz has also formed an agreement with specialist distributor Global Distribution Group which focuses on the SpycerNode storage platform. Headquartered in the UK, Global Distribution is active across Europe with offices in the EU, as well as India and the US.
The partnership agreement ensures that buyers of SpycerNode products will have access to comprehensive support and SLAs including advice from Rohde & Schwarz, and additional complementing solutions from Global Distribution.
