Carrier-grade cloud TV software provider Velocix is showcasing its hybrid-cloud streaming portfolio featuring AI technology and content steering for multi-CDN delivery.

The hybrid-cloud streaming platform is founded on Velocix CDN and Origin software and aims to maximise the efficiency of live, VOD and nPVR services by harnessing both cloud and on-premises storage plus streaming. This architecture allows video service providers to combine the elastic delivery capacity of cloud caches with the cost efficiency of on-premises caches, claims the company.
