Dave has worked within the esports sector for the last 6 years on numerous key projects including a global technology platform to protect gamers online with IBM, The National Esports Performance Campus opening in the UK in 2022, the Global Esports Games series and was a key member of the British Esports and Home Nations setup for the Commonwealth Esports Championship in Birmingham 2022. Dave is currently COO of the British Esports Federation.

Wouter has over the past 8 years been a CEO for two world renowned esports team brands, Fnatic and Excel Esports. He currently serves as a full-time strategic advisor to the board of Excel Esports. In these eight years, Wouter has led the impressive growth of both businesses, competing the worlds’ largest top esports leagues, and attracting household (British) brands as sponsors (EE, JD Sports, Sony, HSBC among the latest). He has played an active role in the development of the industry, including franchise formations, regulations and several advisory positions. Wouter is an active angel & advisor supporting businesses that develop and grow the competitive gaming ecosystem infrastructure, platforms and monetisation options such as Karta.game, Skybox.gg, Virtex Stadium and Kolex.gg. Prior to esports, Wouter held senior positions in Fintech and Marketing. He has a Msc in Product Design Engineering.
