Igor Maciel Macaubas

Igor leads the strategy, architecture, roadmap, engineering and operations of the digital platforms that powers all the OTT and Internet properties of Globo - G1 (hard news portal), ge.globo (sports portal), Globoplay (OTT streaming service) & Gshow (entertainment news portal), just to name a few. Over the past few years, he has managed many very large events, that drove millions of users to Globo’s internet properties, such as Big Brother Brasil reality TV show, the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup, where he led the digital platforms teams that made Globo internationally recognized by its technical excellence and record audiences.

Andy Isaacs

As Head of Data and Analytics for UKTV, Andy works predominantly on their video on demand product, UKTV Play. He is responsible for all elements of the customer data journey including digital analytics, management, governance & strategy, ad tech, data science and visualisation.

He has worked in media and advertising for nearly 20 years in a range of roles. He founded the marketing science team at the BBC, and has also led the marketing science function at PHD UK. In previous roles, he has worked as an economist, analyst, strategy consultant and market researcher.

Mike Leverington is the Director of Data Experimentation and is responsible for using data to run digital experiments and testing at scale to deliver continuous improvement.  Mike joined ITV from The Body Shop and previously held roles at Aimia, Guardian and Royal Mail.
