Ian Hamilton CTO, Signiant
Ian Hamilton has been an innovator and entrepreneur in internetworking infrastructure and applications for more than 30 years. He is a listed inventor on nine patents and received a Technology and Engineering Emmy award as a member of the Signiant team. As a founding member of Signiant, he has led the development of innovative software solutions to address the challenges of fast, secure content distribution over the public internet and private intranets for many of the media and entertainment industries’ largest and smallest companies.
Prior to Signiant, Ian was Chairman and Vice President of Product Development at ISOTRO Network Management which was acquired by Bay Networks. Ian held senior management positions at Bay Networks and subsequently Nortel Networks, from which Signiant emerged. Previously Ian was a Member of Scientific Staff at Bell Northern Research performing applied research and development in the areas of Internetworking and security. In 2022, Ian was named a Fellow by the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE).
Shaun Keeble, VP of Digital, Banijay
Shaun Keeble serves as VP Digital at Banijay Rights, where he oversees the global distributor’s digital self-publishing commercial activities. Working alongside Senior Management and the local sales teams, Shaun is responsible for all revenue share business models in the digital, social media and FAST channel space, globally.
With a focus on clip monetisation, Shaun also oversees Banijay Rights’ content protection business across YouTube, Facebook and Daily Motion.
Previously, Shaun was Head of Audience Development at Endemol Shine Group. Prior to this role he worked across The Walt Disney Company’s digital marketing efforts for Disney Channels EMEA.
Carlos Octavio, Director of Corporate Strategy & Architecture, Globo
Carlos Octavio is the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy at Globo. Carlos has over 20 years’ experience in the Media and Entertainment industry and in Information Technology, acquired in large size companies in executive positions. Carlos has a Master Degree in Software Engineering and a MBA in Enterprise Management.
Richard Kanee, Executive Director - Digital Strategy, CBC Canada
Richard is Executive Director, Digital Strategy and Products for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, one of the country’s largest digital media services including Cbc.ca, CBC News app, Listen and Gem. Since 1999, he has led digital transformation, product and business development for national media brands including MuchMusic and CTV. In that time, he contributed to the evolution of digital media across broadcast, interactive television, web, mobile and live events. Prior to joining CBC, Richard was founder and CEO of Creative D. The company was an early pioneer in non-fungible digital collectibles, working with media companies including Warner Music, Comedy Central, Fox and Disney. Richard is a frequent speaker and instructor on the intersection of media and technology.

Regina Poniridis is a consultant and research analyst at Caretta Research where she specialises in media technology products and buying trends, helping companies and individuals make better technology decisions using real information.
Regina manages Caretta’s market sizing methodology and modelling, as well as conducting industry research and providing consulting services for buyers and vendors in broadcast and media. She closely follows media and technology service providers and tech buyers as well as the ongoing trends and innovations that shape the industry.
Prior to joining Caretta, Regina was a senior financial consultant in the banking industry with many years of experience advising major global clients on best practice and designing data processes.
