The DataMiner Digital Transformation Suite from Skyline, which was shortlisted at the annual IABM BaM Awards in December, aims to manage, transform and integrate business, operational and technical processes across the ICT, media or broadband value chain.
Steven Soenens, VP Product Marketing at Skyline Communications, told IBC that the company specialises in “anything media related, including broadband, satellite and cables. As we spread across the globe, we deliver a software platform to empower our customers’ digital transformation.”
The company’s systems are integrated with more than 7,000 content managers worldwide, and, he says, “customers are now able to use the missing link between the top-level business processes and operations. The platform offers a portal to the customers, who can automatically provision or request a service.
Once the order is received, we automate the entire process to run the service on the infrastructure. DataMiner deploys the services on demand, and removes them as the service is no longer used.”
Martijn Vanallemeersch, product manager at Skyline Communications, added: “The ICT media and broadband industry is moving towards transformational technology. Technology like IP-based connectivity, software-based functions and cloud services are giving organisations endless possibilities to continuously evolve, to enter a data-driven future.
”Our DataMiner Digital Transformation Suite has the right set of tools to manage, transform and integrate business, operational and technical processes across your ICT, media or broadband value chain. We believe this suite can really make a difference, empowering organisations in their digital transformation.”
