Streamlining signal flow management across broadcast, production, and proAV environments, AJA is showing a comprehensive range of products in Hall 7. The company’s IP25-R Mini-Converter connects SMPTE ST 2110 networks with 4K SDI/HDMI infrastructures.
As more productions and installs embrace hybrid baseband/IP infrastructures, IP25-R allows them to de-encapsulate ST 2110 video, audio, and ancillary data with frame-accurate synchronisation for output to baseband 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 devices.
IP25-R includes dual 10/25GbE network ports, two HDMI 2.0 outputs, and four 12G-SDI BNC outputs, and can deliver low latency video up to 4K DCI (4096x2160p60) with advanced HDR metadata handling.
Andy Bellamy, Director, Technical Sales EMEA, AJA said: “The IP25-R is AJA’s 4K IP to baseband converter, converting the ST 2110 signals into 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0. This is the perfect companion to our existing bi-directional product, the Kona IP25. We developed the IP25-R in response to customer demand, and it’s had a phenomenal reception here at IBC.”
