Bee Devine is to join London film and TV studio Garden Studios in June as its Chief Operating Officer.
Devine joins from Sky Studios where she has worked for 11 years, most recently as Director of Content Operations.
Park Royal-based Garden Studios was established in early 2021. It has a footprint of over 300,000ft2, including four sound stages - with more in development - and a permanent virtual production stage, offering innovative production solutions. The facility has been home to productions from clients including Netflix, Amazon Studios, Banijay, Studio Canal, Apple TV+ and BBC Studios.
Devine oversaw all operational elements of Sky Studios, the development, commissioning and production arm of Sky, including responsibility for delivering all scripted Sky Originals including Mary and George, Gangs of London and Gomorrah. She was instrumental in establishing Sky’s Sustainable Production Guidelines, enhancing Sky’s Production Safeguarding approach and guiding the business through the COVID pandemic.
