The Crescendo Series is a new generation of high-performance audio and signal processing tools for embedded audio monitoring. They include the enhanced C16-AM-12G, a 1RU model supporting 12G, 6G, 3G and HD-SDI, and delivering 16-channel audio monitoring with clarity and precision.
The base unit comes with 12G-SDI, with optional add-ons for either Dante or ST 2110-30 for audio-over-IP workflows. It accommodates a wide array of input sources, including SDI loop-outs, analogue differential inputs and network ports via RJ45 or SFP.
For output, it has L+R+C internal speakers, XLR, headphone and Bluetooth connectivity, 3.5mm jack and USB port. Dual front display for real-time audio parameters, plus HDMI output for SDI video previews. The Crescendo Series also comes with redundant power supplies and expanded Ross Dashboard integration.
There are also updates to MultiDyne’s compact VersaBrix signal transport range, which now offers HDMI 2.0 support, 1/10GbE with PoE+, and a sleek white enclosure for medical and on-camera environments. VersaBrix is rugged, rack-friendly (1RU) and works smoothly with CCUs, routers and switchers using standard fibre or SMPTE hybrid cable.

Adobe to acquire AI firm Topaz Labs
Adobe has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Topaz Labs, an Emmy-winning AI company that develops tools for video and image enhancement. Terms of the deal, expected to close in the second half of 2026, were not revealed.
Looking Gude for Tag team
Cable specialist Argosy has expanded its infrastructure portfolio with the addition of Gude Systems’ intelligent power distribution units (PDUs) and GeoTag asset tracking technology from Tazaar. The firm becomes an official distributor for both manufacturers.

Aimed at enterprise video production, and combining Grass Valley hardware and AMPP OS, and NVIDIA Blackwell GPU acceleration, AMPP Edge Live has its European debut at IBC2026. New capabilities can be introduced through software, allowing user workflows to evolve as requirements change.
