Welcoming speakers from Sky, Orange, Virgin Media O2, BBC Studios, WPP, BEIN Media, Olympic Channel, Viaplay, Paramount, ITV, and more, delegates can expect insightful keynotes, presentations, and panels from a broad and diverse array of thought leaders focused on topics relating to IBC2024’s core pillars: Shifting Business Models, Transformative Tech and People & Purpose.

Highlights include Benedict Evans, Media and Technology Analyst, who will deliver a keynote on day one entitled ‘Navigating a Changing Media Landscape: AI and everything else’. This will explore the convergence of immersive technologies, AI, new connectivity, personalised content experiences and their potential not only to capture attention but to shape a new media landscape in a world driven by constant change.

In a fireside chat, Grace Boswood, Technology Director, Channel 4, will discuss ‘Innovating Technology for a Future Fit for Purpose’, while Chem Assayag, Senior VP Home Services Innovation, Orange, will ask ‘Who Owns the Customer? Winning the battle for control of the TV experience’.

Panels will debate topics including monetisation, AI and innovation. A keynote fireside chat on day 3 featuring Sachin Dev Duggal, Founder and Chief Wizard, Builder.ai, and Andy Hood, VP Emerging Technologies, WPP, will discuss why the future lies in human-machine collaboration, before a series of AI in Action Case Studies provide a deep dive into AI’s real-world applications that are optimising operations and unlocking new business opportunities. Speakers here include Huma Lodhi, Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Sky; Monica Williams, SVP Digital Products, NBC Universal; Chris Jackson, Global Head of Digital Data and Analytics, Olympic Channel; and Hardeep Dhaliwal, Head of Data Capability, ITV.
