Since 2005 he has served as CTO of PostWorks in New York.
Joe is an active member of SMPTE, the Association of Moving Image Archivists (AMIA), the IEEE, and the Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA.)

Matt Schneider, Product Owner, Avid Technology
Matt Schneider is a product owner at Avid Technology, an industry-leading developer of creative tools and collaborative platform technologies for media & entertainment workflows. As product owner, Matt’s focus at Avid is on the post production pipeline, and developing platform-based solutions that solve the longstanding problems felt in post production for Avid’s customers and partners.
Prior to re-joining Avid in 2019, Matt spent 16 years at PostWorks New York, a film and television post production facility, with a focus on workflow development and client support for clients in the feature film, scripted television and non-fiction television markets.
Prior to joining PostWorks in 2003, Matt’s first tour of duty for Avid ran from 1997 through 2002, where he assisted with large-scale broadcast news deployments, and workflow support for feature film and television customers.
