Mediaproxy updates LogServer

Software provider Mediaproxy is introducing the latest version of its LogServer analysis and logging platform, which it says now offers greater levels of intelligence and efficiency for live broadcast through AI and the new Monwall Web interactive multiviewer.

LogServer is Mediaproxy’s flagship monitoring system, and new AI tools have been added to provide additional monitoring features.

During IBC2026, the company will also launch Monwall Web, a browser-based version of its Monwall multiviewer.

Mediaproxy has also joined the open-source MXL (Media eXchange Layer) project to advance software-defined live production frameworks. By adopting this high-performance initiative, Mediaproxy will integrate ultra-low latency, in-memory media transport directly into its software-defined workflows.

Erik Otto, CEO of Mediaproxy, said: "We have been following the emergence of AI in our industry and its deployment for broadcast carefully and, after in-depth research for our target market, have begun to develop a set of tools that extend beyond traditional monitoring paradigms. Monwall Web is also transforming remote monitoring. This interactive, browser-based application now also includes the firewall-friendly MoQ and LL-HLS low-latency protocols. That, coupled with the ability to rewind live layouts, Mediaproxy continues to lead through innovations that reduce operational costs and maximise efficiency."
