Marshall used IBC to introduce two new PTZ cameras that it feels will be best sellers. Indeed, the new CV620-B12 (a complete revamp of its existing CV620) is already ensured of hundreds of sales as it has been built to meet the needs of a global customer.
Stuart Watson, Sales Manager, MarCam Europe, said: “The CV620-B12 “is a fantastic ‘put in a boardroom’ camera that can web stream easily.” It is optimised for IP and can be installed with a single PoE cable. It has a 20x zoom lens and supports 1080p60.
The new CV625-TB/TW is an AI-powered auto-tracking camera that can handle HD and UHD at 60p, with a 25x zoom lens. “It learns human movement, using AI, and has a second, wide-view camera that can spot someone coming into shot and adjust the shot to include them,” if that is what you want it to do. The second (HD) camera can also be used to switch shots. It has a larger (1/1.8-inch) sensor for better quality images and runs all the IP protocols, so it can log on to various streaming services.
