Hybrid working is no longer a stopgap response to disruption. In broadcast and professional AV, it is rapidly becoming a design principle. Distributed production teams, remote talent, and globally dispersed decision-makers are now the norm, not the exception. The challenge is no longer how to connect people, but how to make collaboration feel natural, creative, and emotionally engaging when teams are rarely in the same physical space.
