Hibox, a provider of advanced TV solutions for telecom, media, hospitality and healthcare, has been acquired by video services provider Accedo. Together, the two companies power the video experience for hundreds of customers worldwide.

According to the company, Hibox’s Aura and Smartroom products will complement Accedo’s global offering of TV software solutions and together with Accedo’s wide range of video experience solutions offer flexibility and cost efficiency for customers.

The transaction will be completed this month and joint solutions are immediately available.
