Internet-based TV and streaming solutions specialist Agile Content has appointed Alfredo Redondo as its new CEO.
One of Redondo’s duties will be to promote the 2022-2024 strategic plan and consolidate the company’s business after its growth in recent years. Hernán Scapusio, co-founder and until now the company’s top executive, will continue as president.
Redondo said: “Agile Content can be defined with three words that tell us that it is in a growing sector: content, television and technology. Therefore, it is a pleasure to join a project with a brilliant present and ambitious goals.”
Redondo brings more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and television industry. As executive chairman, he led Alcatel (now part of Nokia) in Iberia and Latin America and oversaw the integration of Alcatel and Lucent in Iberia. He has also held the CEO role at Amper and Altitude Software.
