Video software solutions provider Alpha Networks acquired Kinow, the France-based company specialised in turnkey OTT video platforms for content producers and distributors, media companies and sports federations.
Kinow has officially been part of the Alpha Networks Group since January 2022. The group plans to drive further growth by exploiting the synergies between the two companies.
Guillaume Devezeaux, CEO at Alpha Networks, said: “This strategic acquisition represents a key step towards our three-year growth plan. Kinow is a fast-growing company, with a demonstrated 100% growth rate over the last year. We believe that their product and mindset will help us accelerate our goal of consolidating a software-on-demand SaaS model and expand it on a global scale.”
