Symonds will also be attending NAB 2024 in Las Vegas, from 14-16 April, and can be contacted on: dsymonds@ibc.org. Commenting on his appointment and his upcoming trip to NAB, Symonds said: “What a fantastic industry to be part of. It’s wonderful to be able to learn more about what makes the industry tick, whether it’s behind the scenes of a film or TV production, or what motivates decision-makers at broadcasters and content platforms. NAB promises to be a real eye-opener in terms of the innovations coming to the industry, with many of them being launched at IBC later in the year. I’m extremely proud of the new editorial formats that we’ve rolled out and I can’t wait for our first Esports Tutorial to land later this month!”
