- Ex-Sky and Fox exec appointed NEP CEO
- Sullivan says industry faces “challenge and change”
- Former CEO Kevin Rabbit departed in June
Former Sky Deutschland and Fox exec Brian Sullivan has been appointed CEO of NEP Group. He will take up his new position on 31 August.
Most recently, Sullivan was senior advisor to the Consumer, Tech & Media teams at McKinsey & Company, a role he held since 2019. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer of Fox Networks Group and Fox’s Digital Consumer Group.
Sullivan replaces Kevin Rabbit, who left NEP at the end of June to join the cruises and events company Hornblower Group.

During his time at Fox, Sullivan oversaw revenue, distribution, digital and international for the group, including Fox TV Group, Fox Sports, FX Networks and National Geographic, and built the company’s streaming strategy and platform and its direct-to-consumer business.
Prior to Fox, Sullivan was CEO of Sky Deutschland, where he helped to launch Sky Go.

NEP provides production services for live sports, entertainment, music and corporate events, including remote production, specialty capture, RF and wireless video and audio, studio production, A/V solutions, host broadcast support, post production, connectivity and transmission, playout and media management. It is headquartered in the US and has more than 4,000 employees at its operations in 24 countries.
