According to a Reuters report, All3Media owners Warner Bros Discovery and Liberty Global are exploring options for their joint venture.

All3Media is home to more than 50 production companies in the UK and internationally, including The Traitors producer Studio Lambert, The Tourist producer Two Brothers Pictures and Call the Midwife producer Neal Street.
All3Media was founded in 2003 and was acquired by Liberty Global and Discovery in 2014. Jane Turton was appointed chief executive after the acquisition by Discovery and Liberty Global.
Reuters said that Warner Bros Discovery selling its stake to Liberty Global would help it cut its $49 billion debt pile, the legacy of the 2021 merger between Discovery and Warner Media that created it.
All3Media, Warner Bros Discovery and Liberty Global all declined to comment to Reuters.
