He said: “We all know that enhanced broadband will allow more immersive technology, as well as 4K, 8K resolutions and so on, but the interesting and disruptive thing is in contribution; we talk about ’glass to glass’, or if it’s football, ’grass to glass’…with 5G, you have low latency, guaranteed quality of sevice and the ability to slice a piece of the network for broadcast, which allows for things like remote production.”
