Mary Ann Halford - Partner at Altman Solon
For over 30 years, Mary Ann Halford has been actively building businesses in the media and entertainment industry in the US and internationally, as both an operator and a consultant. At Altman Solon, Mary Ann helps media and entertainment companies in both the US and internationally develop and implement new business models, optimise business performance and architect new content and distribution strategies. In addition, she has extensive experience working with private equity firms investing in the industry.
She is currently a Partner at Altman Solon, the world’s largest TMT strategy consultancy where she focuses on media and entertainment companies in the US and internationally from the firm’s NYC office. She was previously a Senior Advisor to OC&C Strategy Consultants and a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. At FTI, Mary Ann worked in both New York and London.
Mary Ann earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Georgetown University, where she was also a George F. Baker Scholar.
Kevin Cochrane, Managing Consultant, OTT Consulting
Kevin has extensive experience in the Video domain, having held senior roles in the broadcast, pay TV, telco and system integrator sectors.
Prior experience includes leading the European sales drive of video solutions for a major global SI and as senior managing consultant at Huawei, the world’s largest provider of video solutions and platforms, where he advised a global client base who were seeking to launch or refresh IPTV and OTT services.
Kevin has a Master’s degree (Distinction) in marketing management from Southampton Solent University Business School, a Joint Honours degree in Politics & Modern History from Manchester University, an Advanced Management Diploma from Warwick University Business School and also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.
His business, OTT Consulting, offers a range of business services such as market planning, market analysis and sales representation.
Ausra Sidaraviciene, Group CTO at TV3 Group Lithuania
TV3 Group is the biggest media group in the Baltics providing free to air and pay TV services, including OTT platform Go3.
Go3 was launched in 2019 and in two years became one of the strongest TV market leaders.
Adriaan Bloem, Managing Consultant, Radagio
Adriaan has worked in digital since 1994, from developer, to project manager, to industry analyst. He was Head of Digital at MBC Group in Dubai, and part of the team that grew the “Shahid” video streaming service to 2m SVOD and 30m AVOD users.
Since 2021, Adriaan has been an independent consultant, working from Valencia, Spain, with organisations around the world. He advises on OTT, digital experience, big data, cloud, and video streaming. He also wrote a book on how to improve time to market in DX, “Faster: a Guide to Speed for Digital Leaders”.
Caroline Ewerton - VP Technical Product Management, DAZN
Caroline is a broadcast media specialist with a focus on product development, optimisation and technology transformation. She has over 20 years’ experience spanning across linear broadcast and OTT and has worked for major organisations across the broadcast sector including ITV and DPP.
She is currently Vice President of Technical Product Management, leading the transformation, next generation and optimisation of the media supply chain at DAZN, a global sports entertainment platform with nearly 1 billion hours of sport streamed every year in over 200 countries and territories, where fans can watch sport in any language, on any device, live and on-demand.

Robert Ambrose, Co-founder and Managing Director, Caretta Research
Rob is a consultant, industry analyst, writer and technologist advising international broadcast and media companies, technology vendors and industry associations. As co-founder of Caretta Research, Rob is working with a team of leading media-tech analysts to help buyers and suppliers make better technology decisions.
He supports multiple leading media technology suppliers on product and go-to-market strategy, and is advising leading broadcasters, streaming services and pay TV operators. Rob holds an MBA with Distinction from Imperial College, London.
