IBC2022: This IEEE BTS hosted session together with the DVB Project will cover the latest development of DVB. Over the last 29 years DVB has created and defined the technical basis for digital broadcast. One of the organisation’s key current focus is on IP delivery of audio / visual (AV) content. The DVB Project Chairman will provide an outlook on the future strategy the organisation and their efforts, followed by an overview of the ongoing IP related activities presented by the DVB Head of Technology. In addition, well-known industry experts will provide the latest updates on 5G for broadcast distribution, IP based transport and signaling and the development in video codecs.
