Pinewood Toronto Studios has appointed Sarah Farrell as General Manager of its studios in downtown Toronto.
Farrell joined the Studios as Legal Counsel in 2013, eventually overseeing Legal, HR and Client Relations, before taking on her current role as General Manager. She is a member of the City of Toronto’s Film, Television and Digital Media Board.
Pinewood Toronto Studios has 16 purpose-built sound stages including the 46,000ft2 Mega Stage and support spaces. Recent productions to film at the studios include Star Trek: Discovery, Code 8: Part II, FUBAR and Star Trek: Section 31.

Farrell said: “I am looking forward to this next chapter as General Manager and am pleased to note that with the recent addition of five new stages on our lot, we have the ability to host many new and varied productions.”
